1. What this service is

OdishaTransfer (“the portal”) is an independent listing service that helps government school teachers in Odisha find another teacher willing to swap postings. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Odisha School & Mass Education Department, or any government body.

2. What we do not do

• We do not file, process, approve or influence any transfer application.
• We do not guarantee that you will find a match, or that any match will result in a transfer being granted.
• We do not verify the employment details a teacher enters. Confirm them yourself before acting.

A membership buys access to contact information on this portal. It buys nothing from any government department.

3. Your account

• Sign-in is through Google only. Keep your Google account secure; activity under your account is treated as yours.
• You must be a serving teacher in an Odisha government school to publish a profile.
• The information you publish must be accurate and about you. One profile per person.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Publish another person’s details, or impersonate anyone.
• Harvest, scrape, resell or republish contact details obtained here.
• Use contact details for marketing, spam, or any purpose other than discussing a mutual transfer.
• Ask for or offer money in exchange for a transfer.

We may suspend or remove any profile that breaks these rules, without refund.

5. Payments

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never receive or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
• A membership starts when the payment is confirmed and runs for the number of days stated on the plan.
• Buying while a membership is still active extends it from the existing expiry date.

6. Limitation of liability

The portal is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for a transfer being refused, delayed, or reversed by any authority.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction.
